The HCAC-leading Panthers bested the Spartans on Friday evening and improved to 8-1, 7-1 HCAC.
In Friday's match, Rebecca Pottersfield-Winstead (Durham, N.C./Carolina Friends School) had her best performance of the 2019 campaign, taking winning four games in the first set and another game in the second set at No. 5 singles.
