Manchester Women’s Tennis Aims for Growth in 2019

NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – The Manchester University women's tennis team will aim for continued growth in 2019.  The Spartans will began their fall season next week on Friday August 30 with a home match against Bethel (Ind.).  Friday's match will begin at 2:45 p.m.

MU returns junior Karly Eichenauer (North Manchester, Ind./Manchester) from last year's squad.  Eichenauer was named a "Player to Watch" by the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference on Friday morning.  Other key returners for the Spartans include senior Morgan Brazo (Mentone, Ind./Tippecanoe Valley), and sophomores Maddy Russow (Logansport, Ind./Logansport) and Kaitlyn Burger (Syracuse, Ind./Fairfield).

HCAC play will begin on Saturday September 14 against Transylvania.

Head Coach Alyson Worrell will be in her first year at the helm of the MU tennis programs.
