Brian Cashdollar was named Manchester University's first Director of Cross Country and Track and Field in April 2015.

He has played an instrumental part in the rebuilding of both the cross country and track and field programs, bringing both in contention for a conference title each year. His coaching honors are as follows - 2002, 2009, 2015, 2016, 2017 women's track and field HCAC Coach of the Year; 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 women's cross country HCAC Coach of the Year; 2003, 2004, 2009, 2011 and 2013 men's cross country HCAC Coach of the Year; 2004 men's track and field HCAC Coach of the Year; and 2011 men's NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Coach of the Year. He's been at the helm for HCAC team championships in men's cross country 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013; women's cross country 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012; and women's track and field 2009, 2015, 2016 (indoors and outdoors), 2017.

A four-year letter winner and two-time captain for the track and field team at Ball State University, Cashdollar graduated with a degree in sports administration in 1999 from BSU before joining the Spartans coaching staff in 1999. He went on to receive his master's degree in school administration from IPFW in 2002.

Most noted for his energetic and enthusiastic practices, Cashdollar looks to stress the importance of hard work and strives teammates to encourage one another to help reach their fullest potential. By setting goals and maintaining positive attitudes, both the cross country and track and field teams excel athletically and academically.

He and his wife, Kim, reside in North Manchester with their daughters, Kambree and Ayla.
