Men’s Golf Concludes Season at HCAC Championships

ANDERSON, Ind. – After Round 3 of the 2019 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Golf Championships were rained out Saturday, the Manchester men's golf program hit the course one final time this spring as the HCAC Championships concluded on Sunday. 

Transylvania once again took home first-place honors with a three-round score of 882.  The Pioneers have won 13 straight HCAC titles. Earlham finished second with a score of 919, one shot ahead of Hanover, who finished with a team score of 920.

The Spartans finished the two-weekend event with a team score of 1142. Chance Bressler led the Spartans with a 269.  Connor Labedz finished one stroke behind Bressler with a 270 over three rounds.  Zach Edwards shot a 300 and Trevor Johnson rounded out the MU scoring with a 303.
