Manchester Begins Road Swing on Saturday at Hanover

NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – The Manchester University men's basketball squad will embark on a three-game road swing to end the 2018-19 regular season.  MU will head to Hanover College on Saturday February 9 for a 3 p.m. start time with the league-leading Panthers.  The Spartans are very much alive in the HCAC playoff conversation as league play enters its final week.

Manchester News & Notes

* Manchester will look to avenge an earlier season loss to Hanover on Saturday.  The Panthers got past the Spartans 88-69 back on January 5 in Stauffer-Wolfe Arena.
* The Spartans sit in a tie for sixth-place with Franklin College at 9-13, 6-9 HCAC. 
* Saturday's game will be the fourth in eight days for Manchester.

* Hanover has sole-possession of first-place in the conference with a record of 17-5, 12-3 HCAC.
* On Wednesday, the Panthers sent the Earlham Quakers to a fourth-straight defeating following a 63-45 victory at home.
* HC has been tough to be in Collier Arena, posting a 9-1 home record this season.
