The two-day Corbiere-Merion Invitational, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 18 and 19, is next on Manchester University's schedule.

Spartan Shorts: Five school records have fallen in a span of three meets for Coach Mike Kroll's teams. The men have achieved one, as Clemente posted a new five-dives point best (174.65) in the season-opening dual against Baldwin-Wallace last month. The women have added the remaining four with the 200-yard freestyle relay quartet of freshmen Bailey Conder (Greenwood, Ind.), Kaitlyn McCloughan (Columbia City, Ind.) and Shelby Kell (Charlottesville, Ind.) joined junior Mikki Goetz (Highland, Ind.) to set a new mark with a 1:54.79 at the Indiana Intercollegiates earlier this month; Conder added her name to a second record-setting group joining senior Emily Clark (Peru, Ind.), junior Jamie McBride (Elkhart, Ind.) and freshman Katie Blystone (Carmel, Ind.) touched the pad in 2:04.21 in the Baldwin-Wallace dual; and Kell added a pair of individual marks in the 50-yard freestyle (27.29) and 500-yard freestyle (5:58.25) … Despite not toppling one of the program marks posted at the home Strauss-Peabody Aquatic and Fitness Center, sophomore Christain Poole (Anderson, Ind.) has had a bright start, winning the 50-yard freestyle in each of the last two competitions. He also turned in a top 15 in the race at the Indiana Intercollegiates … After breaking for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, Manchester University concludes its pre-Christmas break schedule, as they're part of the Illinois Tech Ted Erikson Invitational field Saturday, Dec. 2.
