WESTERVILLE, OHIO – Double-digit save efforts from junior women's goalkeeper Cami Holford (Valparaiso, Ind.) and senior men's netminder Brady Forman (Hastings, Mich.) spotlighted Manchester University's visit to Otterbein University Sunday, Sept. 17.

Holford, in the midst of a 42-8 shot advantage for the host Cardinals, managed 15 for her fifth collegiate 10-or-more tally. However, the D3Soccer.com top 25-ranked home side continued their attack on the Black and Gold defensive end throughout the 90 minutes, notching seven goals as part of a 7-0 victory.

The second half of the doubleheader saw the Otterbein men's squad deploy a similar strategy, accumulating 31 shot attempts compared to one for their guests. Forman stood on his head over the course of the first half to ensure a scoreless tie, but the home team finally broke through twice in the second stanza for a 2-0 final. The senior ended with 11 saves, marking his third collegiate double-digit total.

Offensively, junior midfielder/forward Maranda Birmingham (Kouts, Ind.) and senior midfielder Courtney Hersick (Plymouth, Ind.) combined for five of the six shot on goal attempts for assistant coach Katie Beal's women's squad. MU's men received their shot try from the foot of freshman midfielder Nick Surber (Hebron, Ind.).
